I baked a chicken pot pie a few days before I left for Delhi. It was mainly because I wanted to put the red round bake dish (from Zansaar) to some use. I photographed the entire pie coming together. The filling was tasty & flavorful, the crust set just right. In short, it turned out perfect.
Baking this made me realize how lucky I am to have mom help me with these recipes. I may be the one taking the initiative, but this would not have come together without my mom’s help. I messed up the dough for the crust & she rescued it. Thanks ma!
