It’s a little late for this, but better late than never, right? 2014 was a phenomenal year!
Best of 2014-
Places- Munnar, Kerala. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to!
TV Shows- Brooklyn 99, Key & Peele (I also fell in love with Scrubs!)
Movies- The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Sholay (the remastered version!), Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain, Ugly. I didn’t watch too many films but loved the four that I did see.
Music- David Bowie (Nothing Has Changed / The Buddha of Suburbia), She & Him (Volume 1), Pat Benatar (Best Of), Kansas (Best Of), Pet Shop Boys (Actually)
Books- It was the year of audiobooks for me, nothing will ever replace reading but I love audiobooks now especially when they’re being narrated by the author. You can try Audible for one month with no obligation, & I highly recommend doing so because it might just be life changing. My favorite book was hands down Amy Poehler’s Yes Please, it’s so wonderfully written & hearing her narrate it is the best (her parents & Katherine Turner also guest-narrate. It’s an incomparable experience !)
