Kaya Skin Clinic Hydra Surge 360° | Balancing Cleansing Gel + Rebalancing Mist REVIEW

Today I’m reviewing two things from the Kaya Skin Clinic Hydra Surge 360° range – the Balancing Cleansing Gel* & Rebalancing Mist*. These two products are especially recommended for the monsoons.

About the range: Kaya Skin Clinic’s Hydra Surge 360° range is specially formulated to give your skin the hydrating care it needs to fight away the dryness and sensitivity. The products replenish your NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) and restore your skin’s natural moisture balance, while providing it with soothing, anti-irritant care. This special skincare range combines the best of moisturizing ingredients with the skin-soothing extract of White Lily, which is grown organically in Switzerland and is known for its anti-inflammatory property that is suited for sensitive skin.

Product Description: Balancing Cleansing Gel is an instantly refreshing mild cleanser which effectively cleanses dry and sensitive skin without stripping it of its natural oils. An effective moisture complex of hydrating White Lily, Vitamin B5 and Phospholipid nourishes your skin and maintains its moisture balance leaving it clean, soft and smooth.

This gel comes in a white plastic bottle with a pump. I think it’s convenient, hygienic & very travel friendly. One pump is enough per time, the gel is clear & has a subtle lily smell, I think it smells really nice. It lathers well (it does contains SLS) & cleanses quite well. Does a decent job of removing base makeup but not waterproof stuff. My skin feels clean but not tight or dry in any way. Both me & my mom have been using this (we have very different skin types, mine is oily & sensitive & hers is normal to dry) & it’s worked well for both of us.

Product Description: A non-alcoholic toner which is enriched with botanical extracts of hydrating White Lily, cool cucumber and soothing witch hazel. It helps reduce the pore size & provides sufficient water to skin; soothe red skin caused by exposure to UV rays and dry weather leaving it comfortable, soft & delicately scented.

This is one of my favorite new products! The packaging it similar to the cleansing mist except that this one is a spray. This also has the lily fragrance. As a toner I use it with a cotton pad, but otherwise I like to use it during the day especially if I’ve been out in the sun or in an air conditioned environment, it does a great job as a skin refresher. I’m not sure if this has reduced my pore size, though.
