Out of the Blue restaurant is currently having a Swiss Food Festival where you can sample authentic Swiss fondues (cheese or chocolate!), rostis, skillets & more! They held a chocolate fondue masterclass for food bloggers in association with FBAI.
We got to play around with a lot of ingredients & learnt that you don’t have to have a double boiler to melt chocolate, an induction plate & saucepan works just fine.

The appetisers were lovely, especially the tarts. I think they did a lovely job of creating not just authetic Swiss food but an all-round experience. The Swiss Food Festival is on till the 31st of January & you can have a look at the menu & make a reservation online here.
